Each design from ACreative is custom. We want you to have an original and personalized design. So, how do we get there?
1. Consultation
During the complimentary consultation, AJCreative will determine your needs, including the theme, style, components and quantity. Once these are determined, you will be provided with a price quote for your review.
2. Contract & Deposit
After the initial price quote is approved, AJCreative will provide you with a design agreement. The contract and 50% deposit (which gets applied to your final order) is required before any additional design work is completed.
3. Design & Proofs
When the contract and deposit is received, AJCreative will work on creating your perfect designs and put together proofs based on what was discussed in the consultation. You will then have the chance to view your proofs and make any changes before the final proof is sent.
4. Approval
Once you have approved your design, AJCreative will send you the final proof in which you will confirm the style, layout, spelling, punctuation, etc. Please do review this carefully as AJCreative is not responsible for errors after the final proof is approved.
5. Print & Production
After final proof approval is received, AJCreative will send the order to print and production. Each order's print time may vary depending on the project and quantity. Once it is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped or personally delivered to you. Final payment and shipping will be due at that time.
